Villa Bookings

Dee Dee Villa Retreat is a 'Thai/European family owned' and managed business. We have found / learnt that if everything is made clear in advance it proves prudent, for a relaxing holiday for all concerned. We have built up a business where 70% of our future bookings are past guests.

• 50% deposit required. Remaining balance paid 14 (working) days prior to arrival.
• On arrival we require the following:
• A copy of all guests passports. (by Thai Law)
• 10,000 Baht, 'refundable' deposit per villa for breakages, damages, etc.
• We appreciate everyones holiday is different and will endevour to cater for your needs.

Villa One: (Total Floor Area 200 SQM)

The first of our two pool villas has two bedrooms, en suite bathrooms, fully furnished living and kitchen areas.

Villa Two: (Total Floor Area 180 SQM)

The second of our two self catering pool villas has two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, living and kitchen areas.
