The Estate

Dee Dee Villa Retreat is set within 1,600 sqm (one rai) of prime beachfront land, carefully developed around the natural topography of the bay.

The owners continue to personally manage and maintain Dee Dee Villa Retreat to the highest standards. Our idyllic island setting and prime beachfront location are complemented by Khun Peeak and Khun Yom, who have cared for the villas and our guests to an impeccable standard for many years.

The estate rises in landscaped tiers from approximately five to twenty metres above sea level, providing uninterrupted views across the sea, beach, jungle and surrounding mountains.

The villas are surrounded by mature Thai tropical gardens, with traditional features and an abundance of tropical plants and flowers, creating a natural haven for butterflies, birds and local wildlife.

The private 10m x 5m swimming pool occupies the middle tier of the estate, enjoying elevated ocean and jungle views with convenient access from both villas.

Designed with families in mind, the pool has a maximum depth of 1.5 metres and incorporates a shallow jacuzzi area, making it ideal for swimming, relaxing and family enjoyment.

Its elevated position and panoramic setting make the pool a natural focal point, from daytime relaxation to peaceful sunset swimming.

The Two villas are separated by a 3.5-meter garden pathway.

The Location

Dee Dee Villa Retreat offers the privacy of a quiet residential bay while remaining within easy reach of local villages, restaurants, shops and island amenities.

The charming and authentic fishing village of Chaloklum is approximately 5–10 minutes by car or 20–40 minutes on foot, offering restaurants, bars, local shops, supermarkets, pharmacies and ATMs.

Mae Haad a  smaller and more resort-orientated coastal village  lies a similar distance to the west and is home to one of Koh Phangan’s most beautiful beaches. Its sweeping bay faces the small island of Koh Ma, which is connected to the beach by a natural sandbar and is particularly well known for its clear waters, snorkelling and spectacular sunsets.

Thong Sala, Koh Phangan’s main port and commercial centre, is approximately 20–40 minutes by car and offers a wide choice of international restaurants, bars, supermarkets, fresh markets, shops and medical facilities.
